Team Suzuki Press Office – March 8

The second weekend of March sees Team SUZUKI ECSTAR open the 2019 MotoGP™ season at Losail International Circuit in Qatar with Alex Rins and Joan Mir recording 8th and 10th positions respectively aboard their GSX-RR machinery under the floodlights tonight.

In America, AMA/ FIM World Supercross moves onto the Daytona AMA/ FIM World Supercross 10th round in Florida, USA.

March 8-10: Round 1. MotoGP™ World Championship. Losail International Circuit. Qatar. Three days of practice and qualifying started today (Friday). Tomorrow sees Team SUZUKI ECSTAR riders Alex Rins and team-mate and MotoGP Rookie Joan Mir go into FP3 and then qualifying or grid positions for Sunday’s 1st of 19 rounds.

March 9: Round 10. AMA/ FIM World Supercross. Daytona Beach. Florida. USA. JGRMX/ Yoshimura/ Suzuki Factory Racing RM-Z450 and RM-Z250 riders will be in action for practice, qualifying and main events.
